At Aurole Jewels, we are dedicated to a seamless and rewarding experience. Our Exchange & Buy-Back Policy is designed to provide flexibility, transparency, and confidence in every purchase.

Credit within 15 days of purchase
- Eligibility: Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry is eligible for exchange within 15 days from the original purchase date.
- Condition: Item must be in original, unworn condition with the purchase invoice and certification.
- Value: 100% of the original price (excluding taxes & making charges) as credit toward equal or higher value.
- Not eligible: Customized/engraved jewelry, altered designs, and discounted items.
- Procedure: Contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.
Buy-Back
80%
Of invoice value as buy-back credit
- Eligibility: All Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry purchased from Aurole Jewels is eligible for buy-back.
- Condition: Item must be in good condition with the original invoice and certification.
- Value: 80% of the invoice value (excluding taxes & making charges) as buy-back credit.
- Procedure: Request via our website or customer service; upon verification, the amount is credited via your preferred payment mode.

Additional Terms & Conditions
- Loss of the original product certificate will result in a deduction of ₹1,500.
- The original invoice and certificate must be presented for exchange or buy-back.
- Products purchased from third-party stores other than Aurole Jewels are not eligible for exchange or buy-back.
- Buy-back is not applicable on Baguettes, Tapered, and Choki diamonds.
- Exchange & Buy-Back is not applicable on Polki, Pearl, and Colored Stones.
- Customized jewelry made as per order cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
- If a discount was applied to the metal or stone value during the original purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price at the time of buy-back or exchange. Additionally, e-Points used during purchase will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value.
- Buy-back is applicable only for products purchased at a value of up to ₹4,99,999/-.

Shipping and Insurance
- Shipping and insurance for outbound delivery to the customer's address are fully covered by Aurole Jewels.
- Reverse shipping for returns, buy-backs, and exchanges is scheduled by Aurole Jewels and is subject to a processing/shipping fee of ₹1,000/- (deducted from the final value).
